We use our RV for a significant amount of traveling and large family throughout the year, so we are always needing various things done. Most recently, a faulty fridge, which turned into an incredibly complicated and long repair. Keith and his team always treat us well, and he is not afraid to tell us straight as far as what a job might require and the extent of it. They are honest and integral, and always seem to do good work. It's very hard to find an honest, reliable, and experienced RV mechanic these days, but Keith is all that. He has a great team, and they are great to work with.

Absolutely top-notch. Flexible, quick response and quick turnaround for the needed suspension work on my fifth wheel. Keith noticed a gouge in the side of one of my tires and was able to replace it while the other work was completed, saving me time and effort. Great service is harder to find these days, but you'll find it here!

We had a kink in the water line. We drove out to R&R, without an appointment, and Keith repaired it on the spot at no charge! Now that's what I call great service!! R&R will be our go to RV repair shop.

We were traveling and had trouble with the propane delivery to our dometic refrigerator. I called in the morning and the service team was able to assess the problem that afternoon. Excellent communication from all the team and we were made comfortable while we waited to hear that a part would need to be ordered. It was a relief to have a diagnosis and as we travel hope to be in one place to have the repair done. We have the part number and the service notes. Cannot say enough about how great we were treated and the service we received. Excellent!

On our way to Yellowstone WY we were at a rest area in Fort Collins CO. We have a Rockwood Mini Lite and one wheel was extremely hot. We are not from the area so we did not know who to call. I started calling numbers and nobody answered. Then I called R&R RV and Trailer Services. Liz answered the phone and said come on over and they will take a look. Keith came out to the parking lot to see what was wrong. Taj then had to losen the brake to get the wheel off and they replaced the bearing and adjusted the brake. I traveled another 3000 miles and never had a problem again. I wish they were not 1000 miles from where I live. It would be a no brainer to use them. They have great stickers too which I proudly displayed on the back of my trailer!

Customer service was high quality. Was able to get us in and out quick for a water issue. Workers are polite, easy to talk to and detailed on their explanations. Highly recommended! We will be returning customer.

Had the most amazing experience with R&R. We got into the area and had our AC go out in 90 degree weather. They came right out that day to diagnose the issue. Turned out the whole unit needed to be replaced. They worked with our warranty company and had the new one on in 2 days when it can in. They worked with us to get it done as soon as the new one arrived even though they already had a full schedule. They are an amazing place to work with and we are so glad we found them when we needed them.

We were traveling from California and had a major problem. The cooling unit in our refrigerator failed. We called R&R and they responded immediately, obtained a new unit overnight and installed it in one day. Also repaired a leak in our plumbing. Keith and Matt were both very knowledgeable and efficient. Liz, the office manager, was very helpful and even gave us a ride to town so we could have breakfast while we waited. We were so grateful to be on the road so quickly. First rate operation.
